A festival-goer at Glastonbury become a minor-celeb as he ‘trended’ on social media site Twitter during last week’s famous music festival all thanks to a quick-witted 20-year-old woman called Katie Oldham from Crawley.

The man, called Paul, could be seen staggering around the West Holts area of Glastonbury on Thursday, wearing only his pants and trousers. He appeared to be lost, unable to locate his friends and clothes.

Gales, lashing rain and flooding are all promised in the next few days . . . and some of us may even get a white Christmas.
The recent storms that have battered the region are set to continue with warnings of the potential for serious disruption to travel just as people are heading home for Christmas.
The Met Office said another storm with winds of 70mph is set to hit the Bath area again on Monday and last into Tuesday.

A wet and windy day ahead for the middle of the week but so far, at least, there are no disruptions to traffic and travel this morning in and around Bath.
The are no major problems to report on the roads and the trains are running on time.
The weather is a different matter.
