Marcus Mumford breaks world toilet marathon record
Bristol man Marcus Mumford has set a new world record for running the fastest marathon while dressed as a toilet.
Marcus, from Henbury, raced the London marathon course at the weekend in an astonishing time of 2 hours 57mins and 28 seconds despite – or maybe because of – being dressed in a toilet costume.
The wacky 35-year-old was running for international charity WaterAid, one of the charity partners of this year’s Glastonbury Festival – the event headlined last year his namesake…
