Huge plane to bring congestion to M4 this weekend
Police are warning of traffic congestion as the massive fuselage of an Airbus A321 plane trundles across the West this weekend.
The plane is being taken from south Wales to the ‘plane graveyard’ at Cotswold Airport on the Wiltshire-Gloucestershire border, and will take up two lanes of the M4 over two days tomorrow and on Sunday.

Busy stretch of A303 to close for weekend
A stretch of the A303 in Somerset will be closed for the entire weekend due to roadworks. The project is to improve drainage on the road near Chard as a result of work starting tonight. The A303 between Southfields Roundabout (junction with A358) and Devonshire House (junction with A30) will be closed from midnight until 1am on Monday. During the closure diversions will be in place. Westbound traffic will be diverted on to the A358 via Chard and then onto the A30.
