There are delays being reported on the M4 on Thursday morning, September 3.An earlier vehicle fire has closed one lane on the eastbound carriageway between junction 15, for the A346, and the Membury Services.Elsewhere, traffic is slow on the A303 between the B3095 for Mere and the B3089 for West Knoyle because of an accident at Chaddenwick Hill.
