Sherborne could soon see more double yellow lines introduced as Dorset County Council attempts to tackle the problems of on-street parking.

Sherborne Town Council met yesterday evening (November 7) to give its views on adding more double yellow lines onto three streets around the town centre.

The council voted to recommend that all three schemes should go ahead – despite concerns that they will “move the traffic further up the road”.
