It has been the most anticipated weather forecast for months, but now it seems certain that the dry weather will break, and rain will arrive – just in time to turn the Glastonbury Festival site into a mudbath.
Forecasters warned the 200,000 people packing this week to get to Worthy Farm that rain will arrive on Thursday, and it will probably rain every day for the rest of the festival.
