Bank Holiday traffic: Motorists face heavy traffic and congestion…
There is heavy traffic and minor congestion for motorists travelling on the M5 southbound as many are heading south for the bank holiday weekend.The worst areas are between junction 14 (B4509 Thornbury)  and junction 15, M4 (Almondsbury Interchange) and between  junction 23, (A39 Bridgwater North) and junction 24, (A38 Bridgwater South).
