More misery for Bath commuters as roads remain closed
Yet another day of bad news for drivers heading into and out of Bath again today.
The A431 Kelston Road remains closed as does the B3110 Midford Road on the other side ofthe city.
Emergency repairs continue at both locations but, as yet, there is no date when either will reopen.
The road through Kelston is shut between Brewery Hill and Penn Hill Road in Bath with diversion in operation through Keynsham and Saltford.

Roads remain closed but better news on the trains for travellers
One day to go to the weekend and just one more difficult journey if you are heading into Bath this morning.
Emergency repairs are still being carried out on the A431 Kelston Road because of subsidence with no date yet for it to re-open.
The B3110 Midford through is also still shut for emergency repairs following a landslip.
There are no major problems to report elsewhere on the roads this morning with just slow moving traffic at the usual hotspots.

Road closures hit Bath commuters . . . and even the cycle path is…
14.40pm update: The 15.00 service from Bath Spa to Bristol Temple Meads has been cancelled.
8.20am update: Motorists may have experienced delays earlier this morning because of a two-vehicle crash on Freezinghill Lane at Wick.
It happened just before 7am and the fire brigade was called to assist, but by the time they arrived everyone was out of their vehicles.

6,50am update: First problem on the trains this morning with the 6.43 service to London Paddington being delayed.

Drivers heading for Bath can expect a quiet start to the day – unless your route takes you through Midford.
The B3110 is still closed because of a landslip but there was better news just across the border in Wiltshire with the B3106 in Holt now open again after it was shut by flooding.
There are still some problems in Wingfield with flooding on the B3109 Frome Road.
