First Great Western is again appealing to passengers to only travel if absolutely necessary between Bath and London today.
Flooding is causing severe disruption to services between Bath and the capital with journey times being extended by up to an hour.
First said passengers postponing their journeys can use their tickets later in the week and ticket restrictions have been lifted across the network until February 14.
