Traffic bulletin: Drivers urged to avoid M4 at Swindon following serious overnight incident

Drivers needing to use the M4 through Wiltshire this morning are being advised that a section of the eastbound carriageway at Swindon is totally closed and two lanes of the westbound carriageway are also closed.
