It’s been a week of movers and shakers for Glastonbury Festival headline rumours this week, with the Twitterverse throwing new names like Kayne West, Rihanna, Bon Jovi and Adele into the mix, playing along the self-confirmed Lily Allen.

Meanwhile, Metallica appear to be off the list, after they announced they’d be playing Sonicsphere with Iron Maiden as “their only UK show.”

If the Glastonbury rumours about fleetwood mac headlining are true I will cry with jealousy of everyone…

INDUSTRIAL rockers Nine Inch Nails are being strongly tipped for a slot at the 2014 Glastonbury Festival.

They last appeared at the 2000 festival, and reduced the crowd to a shocked silence with their rendition of Hurt.

Pixies tipped for Glastonbury Festival
IT’S been a busy day for the Glastonbury Festival rumour mill, with alt-rockers Pixies being upgraded to a ‘strong’ rumour to play at the festival.

The group are rumoured to be returning to Worthy Farm for the first time since 1989, and are currently being hotly-tipped to headling the Other stage.

They are touring the UK in June next year and have already signed up to headline London’s Field Day 2014 in June.
