Michael and Emily Eavis pay tribute to 'man carved into festival…
THE man who has “his name carved into festival history” has died.

Both Michael and Emily Eavis have paid heartfelt and fulsome tributes to the festival’s head of infrastructure, Phil Miller who died in hospital in Bath, following a short illness.

Mr Eavis said he met Mr Miller about 20 years ago when he was organising local housing for Mendip District Council.
