Sherborne Road roadworks costing businesses 'up to £25,000…
Businesses affected by the Sherborne Road roadworks are losing up to £25,000 a week as Yeovil residents boycott the area to avoid the traffic queues.

The roadworks started on January 9 to replace the mini-roundabout at the junction of Sherborne/Lyde Road with traffic lights.

Since the closure of Lyde Road, footfall has dramatically fallen to virtually zero for some shops.

McColl’s closed on Sunday (February 5) with one worker suggesting it was “the final nail in the coffin”…
