Pair killed in crash on A48 in Lydney named locally
A man and a woman from Lydney who were killed in a car crash on a ‘notorious’ stretch of the A48 in the Gloucestershire town on Friday have been named locally as The victims, named locally as Tania Manka and Shayne Witts.

Mr Witts, 29, and Ms Manka, 46, both from Lydney, died at the scene in their Peugeot, while a 72-year-old woman in the other car, a Mitsubishi, was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol with life-threatening injuries and remains in a serious condition.
