Lord Hill set to visit Somerton to back train station campaign
A CAMPAIGN is being launched tomorrow to re-establish a railway station in Somerton.
Lord Jonathan Hill, leader of the House of Lords, is visiting the town to back the campaign that is being launched by councillors.
South Somerset District Councillor David Norris and Somerset County Councillor Dean Ruddle are hoping to get the old railway line in the town established to form a circular Somerset route with access to Taunton and Bristol.
