Gloucestershire Traffic: Broken-down vehicle causes early morning…
Motorists are facing long delays this morning after a broken-down vehicle and a fuel spillage has led to the closure of the A417 in Gloucestershire.One lane is closed and the traffic is backing up on A417 northbound in Brockworth between Turning for Shurdington and Air Balloon Roundabout.
