Glastonbury Festival: Mendip District Council praises 2016 event…
Mendip District Council has praised Glastonbury Festival in its annual report after it recorded its lowest reported crime levels ever in 2016.The event recorded the lowest crime level in its 46 year history, with 205 reported crimes, which is just 1 reported crime for every 659 punters.Not only was the total number of crimes low, but there were also no “significant issues” reported.The Mendip District Council report read: “No significant issues were identified this year and…
