Castle Cary road closure: Town centre to be affected for 6 weeks
The centre of a Somerset market town will start 2017 with a road closure in place on part of its one way system.Woodcock Street in Castle Cary will shut on January 3 to allow an outdated gas main to be replaced.According to the Somerset County Council website the closure will be in place until Friday, February 17 while Wales & West Utilities carry out the work.But Castle Cary town council has urged the company to complete the work as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary inconvenience,…
