Bridgwater roundabout upgrade will be ready in time for carnival,…
Somerset County Council has promised that improvements to a crucial roundabout in Bridgwater will be finished in time for this year’s carnival.

Temporary changes will be put in place at the Huntworth roundabout, near junction 24 of the M5, to allow final resurfacing and upgrades to street lighting to occur.

One-way traffic lights will be in effect outside of peak times during certain periods next week, and the bulk of the resurfacing work will be carried out at night.
