Bishop's Palace issue 'unmitigated disaster for new Wells bishop'
RE: The bishop’s residence.It is just over 20 years since I retired to Easton, where for much of the time I have been a church warden at St Paul’s in the village, (“a footsoldier” like the Rev Stuart Munns), but I cannot remember any issue concerning the Anglican Church in Somerset which has caused so much anger, resentment, frustration and disillusionment in the Church at large.Indeed not one voice seems to have been raised in favour of the Church Commissioners’ “decision”…
