Motorists in the West Country who have been struggling with traffic problems since February could be offered the opportunity to pay £2 each way for a temporary toll road.

Work on the unofficial temporary road at Kelston could start within weeks.
Businessman Mike Watts, who lives in the village, has said he is pushing ahead with plans to open a temporary toll road in July.
