A303 crash: More details released by police about crash that…
More details have been released about the crash on the A303 which killed an elderly man in his 80s from Somerset yesterday afternoon (February 28).

A car travelling in the westbound direction on the road between the A30 and A358 collided head first with a lorry coming in the opposite direction.

The man in his 80s died at the scene after the crash at around 1.15pm and the road was closed for several hours while crash investigators were at the scene.
