First Great Western bosses have written an open letter to their customers defending the planned changes to train services ahead of the planned rail strikes.Services will be significantly disrupted across the West from 6.30pm tonight when RMT union members go on strike.The dispute is over changes on the new fleet of Super Express Trains from 2017.
