UK Traffic: Delays on M4 Second Severn Crossing
UPDATE: 9.30am: Both lanes are now reopen

Motorists are experiencing delays this morning on the M4 following a crash.

Two lanes are closed on the M4 Second Severn Crossing westbound between junction 22 (M49) and junction 23, (M48 – Magor), because of an accident involving a van, recovery work and an oil spillage.

Transport police are diverting motorists over the M48 Severn Crossing instead.
