A303, Wiltshire, partially reopened eastbound between A36 and A360 following flooding

Road users are advised that one lane remains open in each direction on part of the A303 in Wiltshire as a result of flooding. However ongoing flooding on the eastbound carriageway of the road between the A36 near Deptford and the A360 near Stonehenge could require lane closures for up to two weeks as more wet weather is forecast.

The driver of the vehicle had a bad start to the week on Monday when the 15ft tall load got lodged under the canopy of the BP garage in Honiton.
The driver attempted to reverse to free the vehicle but only managed to dislodge part of the canopy in the process.

Accident on M4 eastbound between M5 and M32 causes traffic chaos
Motorists are facing long delays this morning due to an accident on the M4 Bristol, eastbound between M5 [M4 junction 20] and M32 [M4 junction 19].
There is slow traffic on M4 eastbound between J20, M5 (Almondsbury Interchange) and J19, M32 (Bristol), because of the accident, which is now on the hard shoulder. Congestion on M5 to J16, A38 (Aztec West) and to J21 M48.
