Thanks for quieter party
WE wrote in last year with reference to the carnival after party at Tor Rugby Club as it was far too loud and late and we were kept awake until just before 3am Sunday morning which is totally unacceptable when you have to be up at 7am to go to work.So we were so pleased that Tor Rugby Club took onboard local residents’ concerns and took time to contact residents explaining how they were sensitive to the concerns raised last year.This year we were not disturbed like last year as I believe the…
