A Somerset railway footbridge that was refurbished earlier this year has been shut by Network Rail due to rotten floorboards.Templecombe railway station, which lies a few miles south of Wincanton, has one of the oldest passenger footbridges in the country.Originally built in 1893 and installed at Buxted in East Sussex, the bridge was moved to its current location in 2010.The bridge was refurbished by South West Trains with the help of the Friends of Templecombe Station in February, using money…
