Rail travellers going to and from Cheltenham will face delays and cancellations this weekend, as an upgrade to the track reaches a crucial stage.The £45 million improvement works on the line between Swindon and Kemble are nearing completion and the final push will cause delays for people travelling from Swindon, to Cheltenham and Gloucester.Network Rail, which is carrying out the work, expects the line to reopen by Easter.
