YEAR in year out the pages of this newspaper are littered with complaints about Mendip District Council (MDC) and its attitude towards those who use its car parks.Aggressive use of parking violations to generate revenue not only upsets residents but drives away potential visitors from an area that now increasingly has to rely on tourism for income and employment.
