As from next month the market will be held on the cross,that is the news stallholders were saying this morning. In a hope to boost more trade they think a more central position will be an advantage. Speaking to some of the customers today,they seem to be in favour of it moving as getting into town is sometimes a disadvantage. {Poor signage,a long lasting complaint) is cited as one reason for the move.The market is held every fourth week of every month and is a good place to buy local produced food. I hope they do well in their new venue and more people visit the town.
