A man has been jailed for four years and four months for causing the “needless” death of a mum with his dangerous driving – in a head-on crash which orphaned two children.
Lewis Paul Faulkner, 25 and of Coburg Road in Dorchester, Dorset, also seriously injured four other people when he crashed into a Ford Fiesta in June 2015.
