A major new warning has been issued by the British Skin Foundation, warning the parents not to allow their children to get so-called ‘black henna’ temporary tattoos on holiday or at events, festivals and parties this summer.The BSF said parents might not realise the dangers of the black henna tattoos, and mistakenly think they are henna based.In fact, the substance being used by the temporary tattoo artists is called para-phenylenediamine, or PPD, which is found in hair dyes.The experts said…
