Car makers Vauxhall has launched a probe after scores of customers claimed their Zafiras spontaneously exploded. The manufacturing giant say they are investigating the issue as a matter or urgency after a campaign spearheaded by three mums whose models burst into flames. Sue Freemantle, 37, and Claire Wheatley, 36, and Jade Hellewell, 26, accused the company of putting lives at risk. The trio joined forces to call for action after their 2007 models were gutted when they went up in flames…
