New tax disc warning: Drivers could face £1,000 fine
Drivers across the West Country are being warned to learn about the new tax disc rules – or face a £1,000 fine.The Driving Vehicle and Licensing Agency (DVLA) will stop issuing paper tax discs as a new electronic system starts on October 1. From this date motorists will need to register their car online to pay their road tax.
