Yeovil motorcyclist dies in crash near Somerton
A motorcyclist from Yeovil has died following a collision on near Somerton, Somerset, on Sunday evening.
The victim, a 54-year-old from Yeovil, was travelling towards Yeovil on the B3151 at Midney when he was involved in a collision with a Ford Transit van travelling in the opposite direction at 6.50pm. The motorcyclist later died at Yeovil District Hospital.
An investigation is taking place and witnesses are asked to call police on 101.
